It’s close of work and am on my way home, thinking of how I cant wait to get to my bed, I was fagged-out, closed pretty late today, I looked at the time to realize that it was 11:30pm already….whoa that’s quite late!!!…as I drove past I noticed some ladies nicely dressed standing and probably waiting for men to pick them off…

I slowed down without realizing it, with so much tears in my eyes, wondering what this world was turning to, amongst the ladies were young girls, little girls that shouldn’t be out that late, teenagers….! Oh my God!!!…. (more…)

I finally got admitted (well after so many sorting and begging) and decided to be very low keyed…reduced the amount of times I attended classes(this affected me so much cos I was kind of losing out, not that they teach us much), its just that most lecturers give out marks to students that attends their classes, so after a while I had to resume classes and decided to be very very extremely low keyed; no make-up, funny looking dresses, name it, was practically an S.U…….but that didn’t work at all, I think it got worse; I kept getting more attention, this time not only from lecturers but also from cultist, both male and female, it was so annoying! What in Gods name was attracting them to me…i couldn’t answer that and even now, cant still explain it …. (more…)

Just like the chaos of the boisterous volcano erupting carelessly and without concern, I have always thought emotions to be the same. My notion of emotion was a negative one especially when one considers the after effect of such feelings; the heart break, the hate, depression, confusion, self pity, and self concern. But as time went by, I began to discover that emotions are anything but bad, evil and diabolic.
They are wonderful gifts from the generous hands of God, so that the experience we get from life is not a straight, dull and boring one, but one filled with excitement and wonderment. Think about it, the most interesting movies, dramas, novels and stories are the emotional ones as well as the most inspiring and motivational speeches and talk shows, yet we must not rule out the fact that emotions could in no doubt be destructive especially when left to run unchecked.
I would liken emotions to dogs, they could be gentle, tender, and loving especially when they are properly tamed and trained. Amongst other pets, dogs are considered to be the most sort after because of their wonderful pet qualities. Yet with all these attractive qualities, dogs could be dangerous and in some cases deadly. Emotions are the same if not worse, especially when let out of control. I know some one who is very emotional and there are times when she takes things so personal, not because she doesn’t agree with what has been said or done but because she in a world of her own, where emotions are uptight!!!….lol (more…)

Beauty has been reduced to just the physical appearance of things, as humanity takes on this mistake owing to our susceptibility to blind perception that ultimately leads us to make false judgments and to conceive wrong impressions. (more…)
